After do jailbreaking ( means you already put cydia into your iphone )
Simply download the IphoneUnlocker.exe from :
After that, open the application and running into PC,
Then plug in your Iphone into PC, and click "Do it"
After finished, dont forget to restart your phone two times and your phone is already unlocked now.
