1. Install PC Suite
2. Open the Software, and then Press 'Tools' - 'Phone Repair' - 'Continue'
3. Wait the 'Starting Update Service' ( it takes arounds 5-20 minutes depends the speed Internet connection )
4. Choose the phone, (in this case) i choose 'X10' , Be aware that this repair will LOST ALL YOUR DATA.
5. After choose the model phones, click Next and then follow the instruction.
6. Waiting the running bars, until get completed and you got finished Unlock & also Upgrading phones.
